Get up this morning to go to work, & noticed one headlight was out. After work I got some LED bulbs. Combined with the LED fogs it’s way more light.
That’s low beam + fog lights.
Also burying my arm up to my elbow around every thing to put the bulbs in is a thorn in the ass.

Cool, did you get the LEDs at a local auto parts place? I don’t think any around here carry LED headlight bulbs, just LEDs for interior lights and parking lights and the like.

I got them at Action Car & Truck Accessories. Canadian based chain store, they have stores in Dart mouth & Syndey. It came with reflector housings.

I desire LED fogs, but mostly because my headlights are factory HIDs and the stock incandescent fog lights look dull and unmatched.

I get to do a timing chain on one of these tomorrow. A voluntary recall was issued a while back, but has since expired so it’s customer pay and I’m going to make out like a bandit. This one actually fl exed outward and eventually rubbed a groove through the timing cover. Nice upgrade btw

At the last 2 I went to they had headlight led bulbs, but I bought mine on Amazon for 40-50$. I only got a set of low beams since my high beams are also my running lights, and I don’t want to be like every other car I saw how has the high beams on when the running lights are on....

My Accent uses a single bulb for both the low beam and high beam...what is very weird, though, is that it uses the high beam filaments for daytime running lights, just dimmed 0_o
... So, because LEDs used so much less power than regular bulbs, I'm worried if I put LED headlights in my car, because it uses the high beams for daytime running lights, I would be driving around with my daytime running lights being full high beam with LEDs because the voltage drop on normal halogens wouldn't affect the LEDs near as much...
